I was hired by The Ballet Club, a ballet studio in NYC that emphasizes individuality, creativity, and focused learning, to create a 22-min long animated video that tells the story of ballet. This video was designed to educate and inspire both children and adults about the history of ballet, the ballet experience, ballet class, and famous ballets like Sleeping Beauty. The videos were then incorporated into The Ballet Club's class curriculum. I was given a written outline of what should happen and then tasked with storyboarding, illustrating, animating, editing, and rendering the video. For this project, I created over 210 illustrations using Illustrator. See the animations here.
